Academic Credentials: Graduated with honors and distinction from the Faculty of Engineering, Al-Azhar University, in 2006. Earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Politecnico di Milano (Technical University of Milan) in Italy. Holds a Doctoral degree in a Bilateral Program between the University of Stuttgart, Germany, and the German University in Cairo.

Professional Experience: Commenced his career as an Assistant Lecturer at Al-Azhar University – Cairo for two years. Continued his academic tenure as an Assistant Lecturer at Politecnico di Milano, where he concurrently pursued his Master’s degree. Subsequently, joined the German University in Cairo as an Assistant Lecturer, during which he obtained his Doctoral degree. Served as a Lecturer at the German University in Cairo specializing in Reinforced Concrete and Structural Analysis. Entrepreneurial Ventures: Founded Crest Developments in 2013 and holds the esteemed position of Chairman of the Board. Spearheaded the company’s expansion, leading to a diverse portfolio of over 17 residential projects in New Cairo, encompassing villas, apartments, and a commercial mall. Diversified the company’s focus by venturing into the villa segment, currently boasting 50 unique villas across various desirable locations. Crest Developments, under Dr. Al-Ganzouri’s leadership, has undertaken multiple significant contracting projects, including: Construction and development work at the Nakheel Compound within the Police Academy. Collaboration with government entities on major projects, including three projects within the Mansoura Court Complex. Ongoing engagements on various contracting projects, including one involving the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces.
